The full height glass office wall is a modern system to divide the spaces inverting the relationship between wooden and transparent modules. The transparency of glasses allows to have the light and the desired privacy only by applying customized screen printing, renewable and removable any time. The transparency is combined with the filing only by skirting the perimeter of the cabinet with the glass in respect of functionality and aesthetics. The transparency that cancels the diaphragms of the walls, allowing light to pass through many walls, optimizing interior space and electric energy consumption. The full height glass office wall system consists of an interlocking combination of many extruded aluminum "exclusive" profiles, creating a solid perimetric load-bearing profile, slim and with considerable aesthetic value.
STRUCTURAL PROFILE – Realized by extrusion size 44x30 mm. with specific technical hollows:
- central hollow for insertion of leveling small feet - for grafting of "L" shaped strenghtening squares with vertical profiles - for technical passage of wires – for passing of tips and fishers to fix the profile to the ceiling and the floor;
- 2 side hollows for inserting clamping clips of the carter to the snap structural profile;
- 2 upper hollows for the insertion of the glazing bead profile, 2 side rails, for the insertion of the finishing carter.
CARTER PROFILE – Realized by extrusion in rounded version 70 h mm (44x70h mm total volume) and 60 h mm in square version (44x60h mm total volume) with specific technical hollows:
- an internal hollow to accommodate the sliding bearings of the sliding door frame;
- an upper hollow to accommodate a ballon shaped seal that locks and secures the glass plates;
- an inserting wing to the banks of the structural profile, a pawl to the basis for insertion into clips inserted in the hollow of the structural profile.
GLAZING BEAD PROFILE – Realized by extrusion dim. 12x30 h, with specific technical outlines that allow the snap insertion into the structural profile hollows, in order to have the blocking function of the glass plates to the ceiling.
TELESCOPIC DEPARTURE PROFILE – Realized by extrusion size 44x40 h with specific technical hollows with insertion for omega profile.
OMEGA TELESCOPIC PROFILE - Realized by extrusion 44x40 h with specific technical hollows:
- central hollow for grafting of "L" shaped aluminium profile fixing the omega profile to the structural profile;
- 2 upper hollows to accommodate a ballon shaped seal that locks and secures the glass plates, a pawl for snap insertion to the starting profile;
- holes for insertion of the adjusters for vertical leveling.
The omega and starting profiles are telescopic, with the function of vertical leveling and rigid coupling when are just used to form the pillars of door frames or of the sliding doors frame.
SWING DOOR PROFILE – Realized by extrusion size 40x44 h with specific technical hollows – hollow on the closing side of the glass palte for insertion of a balloon shaped seal, a pawl for snap insertion on Omega profile.
SWING DOOR FRAME - The frame is realized from the coupling of the swing door profile with the omega profile that accomodates the glass plate of the partition wall.
FULL HEIGHT GLASS SWING DOOR - Made of tempered glass 10 mm thick in transparent - etched – printed versions.
FULL HEIGHT GLASS SLIDING DOOR - Made of tempered glass 10 mm thick in transparent - etched - printed versions.
FRAME FOR SLIDING DOOR - Made by coupling and securing the structural profile with a cover on which is practiced a suitable slotting for insertion of the sliding mechanism. Equipped also with other technical accessories for perfect sliding.
PILLARS FOR DOOR FRAME AND SLIDING DOOR FRAMES - Made for snap coupling, of the starting profile with the telescopic omega profile together with the "L" shaped strenghtening squares between omega profile and structural profile. The pillars used for sliding door frame have shall be added with:
- at the base, with pressure, with plate having guides for the sliding of glass door;
- on vertical side with methacrylate profile with whisker.
The pillars used for passing frames have to be equipped with strenghtening brackets between structural profile and omega profile.
STRATIFIED GLASS PLATES - Made of two coupled glass plates 5 +5 mm each on intermediate strip of transparent PVB (polyvinyl butirale). The plate thickness 10/11 has a suitable shape to allow on the two vertical sides the specularity with the structural seal in transparent methacrylate. The size and finish of the plates are defined for each project.
STRUCTURAL JOINT BETWEEN GLASS PLATES - Made in transparent methacrylate size 4x10 mm. with shapes to accommodate the glass plates and equipped on the two sides with bi-adhesive seal protected by a film.
MORE WAYS LINKINGS - Made:
- with extruded aluminum square frame size 44x44 with 4 technical hollows for inserting of glass plates and specular hollows for inserting of the balloon shaped seal;
- extruded aluminum profile with the function of cover, with snap-on insertion, for the hollows not used for the insertion of the glass plates.
This system allows 2-way linear linking and the orthogonal 2-3-4 ways linking.
VARIABLE LINKING - Manufactured with extruded aluminum round 60 mm profile on which a “C” shaped profile is set, according to the radius determined, for the insertion of glass plates.
INSPECTIONABLE TECHNICAL MODULE - Made with coupled extruded aluminum profiles in the version: between glass and glass - between glass and door - between door and door - between wall and door.
FULL HEIGHT GLASS OFFICE WALL AND PARTITION OFFICE WALL - Made with extruded trapezoidal profile with specific shapes that allow the union on one side with partition wall panels 100 mm thick and on the other side with the full height glass wall structure.
